Born and raised in Cambridge, Ohio, Dr. Julie A. Corbin grew to love northeastern Ohio through her years of undergraduate studies at John Carroll University where she graduated cum laude with a dual biology and chemistry degree. She went on to earn her dental degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, graduating cum laude. Following graduation, Dr. Corbin was accepted as one of three teaching interns at Ohio State’s Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department. During this year long program, Dr. Corbin gained experience with advanced oral surgery procedures. Dr. Corbin has been proudly providing general dental services to her patients ever since and loves being part of the team at Whispering Pines Dental.
Dr. Corbin is married to her husband Joe, a software engineer. They reside in Grafton with their great dane Hunter and two poodles Isla and Finn. They also have an African Grey Parrot named Dewey and a Cape Parrot named Roscoe, along with 3 chickens (Ginger, Tina, and Penny). In their free time, the Corbin’s enjoy golfing, biking, live theater, and traveling. Dr. and Mr. Corbin are avid OSU and Cleveland sports fans.
Being true to her Polish heritage, Dr. Julie (Pruneski) Corbin enjoys cooking chicken paprikash and cabbage rolls and the occasional lasagna for her Italian husband.
Dr. Julie Corbin is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Ohio Dental Association, and a Board Member of the Lorain County Dental Society.
